Preparation

1. Determine the model and specifications of the rapid door, and prepare the corresponding installation tools and materials.

2. Measure the size of the door opening and check whether it meets the installation requirements of the rapid door.

3. Clean up the debris around the door opening to ensure a clean installation environment.

Install the door frame

1. Draw the position line of the door frame on the door opening according to the size of the door frame.

2. Place the door frame on the marked position line and fix the door frame to the door opening with expansion bolts.

3. Check whether the door frame is installed flat and adjust it if necessary.

Install the motor

1. Install the motor on the motor bracket of the door frame to ensure that the motor bracket is flat and firm.

2. Connect the motor to the door frame and fix it with screws.

3. Connect the power cord and control line to ensure that the wiring is correct and firm.

Install the door curtain

1. Place the door curtain on the door frame and check whether the door curtain is flat.

2. Use a special fast door clamp to clamp the door curtain to the door frame.

3. Adjust the position and height of the door curtain to ensure that the door curtain can be opened and closed smoothly.

Debugging and acceptance

1. Debug the opening and closing function of the fast door to check whether it is smooth.

2. Check whether the sealing performance and thermal insulation performance of the door meet the requirements.

3. Accept the fast door and deliver it for use after confirming that it meets the requirements.
